The depiction of the guerilla warfare and the fact that we'd have time or opportunity to use tanks and missiles to fight back at all, is like a child's imagining of the scenario. In grown up reality, the aliens would probably use a force we have no hope against. Like gravity based weapons. Their ships would create their own gravity (this explains how they can move thru space/time, sky, and water instantaneously with no discernable propulsion, as seen in many of the UAP videos), which would render them completely immune to any of our modern weapons. Bullets would be repelled as they approached them, as well as missiles, drones etc. Then they'd just hit us with some of their weaker gravity based weapons which would easily annihilate everyone topside, and those "commanders" in their underground bunkers. They will have also spent countless millennia evolving an immunity to radiation which would give them access to seemingly endless energy supplies along with their innate understanding of gravity and electromagnetism. Between these 3 forces, this gives them the ability for one small ship to have on board, more energy than our entire species has managed to produce thus far in it's existence. And you think their going to engage in guerilla tactics with us? Puerile.

Perhaps you are right, but it is not at all necessary that the aliens will have such advanced technologies. Maybe they won't be as developed. In any case, anything is possible.

It's completely understandable that we judge others by our own standards, but to judge alien races who are eons more advanced than us technologically, mentally and spiritually is just laughable. If they ever wanted to destroy us or take over our cities, etc, they'd already done it ages ago or we'd probably no longer be here watching and commenting on this video.

Who knows; maybe they've done a clean sweep of humanity before. Not saying I necessarily believe that, I'm just saying it's possible they were responsible for some of earth's previous small &/or large scale extinctions, for whatever the reasons may have had at the time. Alien brains must also be very different, not using the same type of nerves or neurotransmitters that make human minds more capable of evil deeds no matter what form they take on. Aliens also probably don’t have the capability to feel and act the way we do. Instead of engaging in drama, they might get this overwhelming emotional urge to get to work or further the development of their science as an entire species. Or if they do get violent tendencies it’s very weak with little room for progression.

What would happen? Anything they wanted. If they can get here, they are far in advance of ourselves.

@Wuumi Man you need to watch all 3 movies, the main character is Riddick played by Vin Diesel. The first movie was Pitch Black back in 2000 and it is legendary. The second one is the one mentioned in the comment here it is The Chronicles of Riddick (2004) where they introduce Necromongers. Then third one is just Riddick (2013) where it is similar to first one. And now we are waiting for the upcoming Riddick 4 Furya which is likely 1-2 years away.

What it is worth coming here for is the academic study of xeno-anthropology and comparative historical development. Other sentient species may gain a lot of information about their past when they were at our level of technological development as we do studying tribespeople or from studying archaeology.

For the aliens it would be as easy as launching an asteroid on a collision course with the earth and waiting.
