Put metal caps on the lakes, force the flip, and extract all the gas forming above the water, though a pressure tight seal would be difficult unless you dug reinforce walls down around the water for atleast 15 feet or so, but idk what we would do with this much gas😂

they can just drill pipes into the bed of the lake to collect it.. Its been done in other places.. and its relatively safe and keeps the pressure under the lake from going critical.. Its just basically creating vent pipes with valves on it, so as the pressure hits an equilibrium, meter limits hit mechanisms to close the valves and let the pressure build back up till it hits that point on the meter and the valve opens back up.. Infinite source of Co2, methane, and other natural gases..

In the blood, Co2 is a PH problem. It's the balance between alkaline vs acedic. Oxygen vs co2 = Ph Balance vs imbalance Average blood ph is from 6.5 to 7 so there's not much room over nor under that range. Blood PH is critical So.
